The staff are soft‑spoken and courteous, and Chef Jitendra is amazing. The room should include a light above the mirror and a hair dryer, and the rates could be a bit more budget‑friendly.

“Excellent staff, good food and a value for money property.”

The rooms are spacious and the property has open spaces around. There’s ample parking on site and a dormitory for vehicle drivers. Front office, housekeeping, and F&B staff are extremely helpful, professional, and the food quality is very good; the F&B team deserves a special mention for their personal touch in attending to every guest’s needs. However, the building’s maintenance effort is offset by a persistent musty smell in the rooms, and the excessive use of room fresheners to mask it.

The hotel’s location is good, and the property has a nice sit‑out with friendly staff, though they could benefit from more training to become more responsive. The property needs a major renovation: paint is peeling in some areas, there are damp patches inside, upholstery needs replacing, and the parking area inside needs better management.
