“Tienes muchísimas mejoras, empezando por la comunicación y las instalaciones.”
The area is very well connected. It’s five minutes from the Termini station and another five from the nearest metro. Still you can walk to the central monuments and arrive in just 30 minutes. There is an elevator, very old but wonderful and works very well. There’s a coffee maker in the room and a hair dryer. My double room had a sofa‑bed that had already been turned into a bed, and I was never told about it; the mattress was not terrible but it wasn’t a proper bed, and I had back pain. I paid for a bed, not a sofa. The bathroom smells bad of pipes and food odors come up through the window; there is no hanger in the only open wardrobe, nor any pleasant secondary light. There is no reception, no place to leave luggage, and almost no communication.
