I had an incredible experience at this hotel, thanks to its fantastic staff and unbeatable location. The train experience departure point is right next door, and the camel ride and zip line were absolute highlights. The free laundry service was also a lovely touch. While the bathroom could have been better, with some temperature fluctuations and a bit of a grouting mishap, it didn't detract from the overall beauty of the experience.

I was impressed by the hotel's prime location and beautifully designed layout. The service staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant served delicious food. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and appreciated the hotel's many great qualities.

“Really fun stay, really feel like you’re in the middle of the desert. Great food and staff”

Staying in the pods was an absolute blast, and the evening meal was truly brilliant. The relaxed vibe and friendly staff made for a wonderful atmosphere. However, I wish I'd known more about getting to the location beforehand - it involved parking at a different glamping site and being driven across the desert, which wasn't a problem, but it would have been nice to be prepared. A toaster at breakfast would have also been a nice touch.

My stay at this Wadi Rum camp was an adventure of a lifetime, set against the stunning backdrop of red sand dunes and rugged mountains. The desert safari was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking an authentic outdoor adventure.
