Americas Best Value Inn-Manchester

“the staff was rude and you could barely understand them. rooms were ridiculously priced and the blankets had burn holes”

The location is good, but the prices and the quality of the rooms are not.

“Not recommended”

This place had some good points, like the comfy bed, but the rest of the experience was a bit of a letdown. The shower was lukewarm at best, and I couldn't get any hot water. The outlet by the sink didn't work, and I was expecting a breakfast that never showed up. The sink itself was cracked and looked like it had seen better days - it was recently painted, but it looked like they'd given up halfway through the job.

I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this place was a total dump. It was dirty, old, and just generally a mess. I'm not sure what else to say - it was just a really bad experience.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic - they were super accommodating and really went out of their way to help us out. We were in town for Bonnaroo and they took care of us, which was a huge relief.

“Nice and pleasant : front desk and house keeping gentleman”

I'm not going to sugarcoat it - this place was a disaster. The only thing that was even remotely okay was the clean bed sheets. Everything else was a mess, from the dirty floors to the broken appliances. It was just a really bad experience.
