The place was beautiful, the room very welcoming and the bathrooms well maintained. The garden outside the room was gorgeous. It would have been nice if there had been a fridge in the room.

A stunning hotel right amid apple trees near Bolzano. We were on a bike trip and stopped here for a layover. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the place feels family‑run and guest‑focused. The pool was the highlight after our Stelvio Pass ride, where we could relax our legs and cool off. Our bikes stayed in the huge garage. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and clean, and the balcony with its view was a real treat, though the rooms themselves had a slightly older feel without looking worn. Overall, top quality. We only realized too late that there was a dinner offered on site, so we missed it and instead ate at the neighboring restaurant after our ride. Breakfast was small but exquisite, offering everything from sweet to savory, a fine selection that fueled us for the final leg of our cycling. I can imagine this green, slightly out‑of‑the‑way hotel is a real hidden gem for exploring Bolzano, with a bus to the city about 3 km away. Nothing disturbed us; even though the main road is behind the hotel, we didn’t notice it with the balcony door open.

Highly recommended; everything just fits. The staff are super nice and accommodating, and the rooms are great. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning in the room; it was fine for us because it cooled down at night, but I wouldn't book this hotel in the high summer.
