The location was somewhat decent and the staff were attentive, but the place was terribly dirty, felt abandoned, the room bathroom flooded during showers, the hot shower didn’t work, and all the floorboards in the room were loose.

Nothing special, just the staff were friendly, nothing to add. We had to pay for a breakfast that was supposedly included at arrival, they told us there was no breakfast, then later said if you want to cancel you’ll be refunded… We’d already made a long trip to get to Gili and couldn’t get a refund because we were exhausted.

Water was cut off, no duvets, no breakfast (which I had paid for), and there was a lot of noise (no soundproofing).

Well‑located. It was very clean and had hot water, which isn’t common everywhere. We read bad reviews about noise, but honestly except for a rooster that crowed for 20 minutes in the morning it was very quiet. Based on our experience I recommend it 100% and the staff are very kind.
