The place was very secluded and off‑beat.

The staff behaved unprofessionally: when I arrived early in the morning the door was closed, no one opened it, and the phone numbers on the board were unresponsive and incorrect.

The hotel was the best I've ever stayed at; the cleaning service and staff were very helpful and friendly, and Banaras Hindu University is right nearby.

The stay was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and courteous, offering help with sightseeing, mandir darshan, and shopping, making the overall experience very positive.
