The location and the building itself were fine, and the area was quiet and peaceful. I had stayed here before, but since then many changes had occurred: the room was cold because the radiator was off, the shower was dirty, the remote’s AC batteries were dead, and the toilet paper roll was only halfway; I had to hunt the property for another roll.

The mattress was very comfortable. Before showering I read a sign advising to close the shower door to prevent water leakage, yet when I entered the shower the drain was clogged, causing water to back up and spray out—quite unpleasant and unhygienic. The toilet’s drain plate fell off as soon as I pressed it. The automatic coffee machine didn’t work. Maintenance is clearly needed. We paid a 5 € nightly city tax per person for two nights, totaling 20 €, which felt like a clear rip-off.

Alloggio molto pulito e con servizi impeccabili. Perfetto per coppie/singoli. I proprietari si sono dimostrati molto disponibili e gentili. Consigliato!
