Cybele in Cappadocia

We spent four nights in room Ancona and everything was flawless. Kurtulus and his family were exceptionally kind and always ready to help. Breakfast was excellent, and we were lucky to see the balloons on the first and second mornings. The terrace offered magnificent views, and the sunset from Uchisar Castle was breathtaking. There are many great restaurants within walking distance, and the location is very convenient for exploring Cappadocia. Highly recommended! Many thanks to Kurtulus and his family!

The rooms are freshly decorated and the hardware is excellent, and the made‑to‑order breakfast buffet was delicious; a tiny rooftop terrace at the top of the hotel proved perfect for watching hot‑air balloons at sunrise. The owner, his son, and two staff members were incredibly warm and attentive, taking care of everything, which was the hotel’s biggest strength. Facing Pigeon Valley, the scenery is flawless. No negatives.

The staff were incredibly friendly and caring! The breakfasts were hearty and excellent! The location is very good. The view is magnificent.

“Lugar lindo, confortável e acolhedor”

The room was super spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything was new, with tasteful finishes, nice bedding and towels. The staff were very attentive, giving us several interesting recommendations. The stay is in a beautiful, very quiet place, away from the bustle. The only downside: if there were a blackout it would be even more comfortable.
