Not up to a 4‑star standard, the two positives being the charming staff (not responsible for the room maintenance) and the coffee machine at breakfast. The room was moldy (bad for my partner’s asthma), the nicotine‑stained décor was low‑grade, dirty walls, torn or ripped tapestries to ventilate mold, cracked window paint, and more. The bathtub was too small for a bath, and the shower was too low under the roof to stand. The walls were so thin you could hear a neighbor showering and brushing teeth. The common area walls and corridors were patched with awful stickers: lamentable. We stayed only one night of the two planned, fled, and preferred the folding couch at a friend’s place. Thanks for the failed romantic stay!
