Everything. It’s modern, clean, and the breakfast is suitable for Chinese guests. The staff are super friendly and try to make everything easier for you. It’s relatively close to the waterfront, and walking from there to the Bund is a long but very pleasant stroll. Nothing was missing; everything was wonderful.
The location is 40 km from the airport, which is fine for a one‑night layover.
The staff are helpful. They could not find our booking but still proceeded to check us in. Laundry service was excellent. They washed, dried and hanged the cleaned clothes outside our door. The location. Need to take rides to the attractions. Nearest train station is about 10 mins unsheltered walk
This hotel is wonderful! The front‑desk staff were super friendly and helped us a lot! It’s close to the city center, about 8 minutes by Didi. Around there are places to eat if you want. The beds and rooms are very comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

The rooms were spacious and clean, and came equipped with toothbrushes, shower caps, and slippers. The front‑desk staff were extremely friendly, and even though we spoke different languages, we managed to communicate well. The cleaning ladies were also very sweet, especially the one on the first floor. Breakfast was impeccable, and I definitely recommend adding it to your booking. Nothing negative to mention.
