Each room includes a work desk, TV, and modern amenities. The hotel offers a fitness centre, seasonal outdoor pool, and lounge, as well as an American buffet breakfast and 24-hour front desk.

1st and foremost, the hotel is pet friendly!!!The parking lot was clean and parking spots are big enough to park and open vehicle doors. The entrance glass doors and floors were clean. The front desk staff were kind, patient, informative and helpful with all of my questions and needs. The room was very well organized, white glove clean and fully stocked with necessities. The bedding was made up to military standards.The pool area was clean. The 1st floor ice machine didn’t work. The mattress cover was not a zipper one to prevent bedbugs. I wasn’t told to use the wall thermostat to adjust the temperature. The refrigerator was not cold enough. There needs to be more seating around the pool including a table with an umbrella and an extra trash bin

The location was fine—that’s the only good thing I can say. Everything else was terrible. The property looked filthy and rundown, with stained carpets that weren’t just normal wear; the same gross stains were in our room. The shower and floors were dirty, and breakfast was disgusting, so we ate elsewhere. The elevator was broken, forcing us to haul all our luggage up the stairs without anyone offering help. Checkout was quick, but no one asked how our stay went. I won’t return or recommend this place.

The location was acceptable. The place was filthy. Our room’s bathroom was missing a shower curtain, the hair dryer didn’t work, there were only two tissues in the dispenser, and the bathroom was dirty. The only bright spot was the comfortable bed. Breakfast was prepared an hour late.
