I was not accommodated. After booking, I asked Rolando for directions because I was in Samana with a rental car, and he refused to give them. He suggested I find another place. No explanation. The service and manner were unacceptable; it shouldn’t be on the platform if they don’t really want to rent.

Rolando was very attentive and diligent, providing excellent service, but the internet was very intermittent.

Nada me gustó. Fue pésimo, este senor Roland es un GROSERO, MAL EDUCADO y MENTIROSO. La ubicacion del apartamento no es la que dice en la página. No recomiendo alquilar con él. Cuando ibamos de camino le pedí la ubicación exacta, y al ver que era mucho más lejos que donde decía la página, le pregunté y se puso histérico y a ofenderme. Intentó obligarme a hospedarme en un lugar que no quería, porque eso no es lo que yo reservé. Me dijo que yo era una loca y rara por el hecho de no aceptar quedarme en un lugar diferente. Hizo todo un drama y me mandó como 1000 mensajes por Whatsapp, eso ya era acoso. Nunca más con este hombre y les hago saber para que no pasen la horrible experiencia que tuvimos con él
