The experience was fantastic, especially thanks to the availability and kindness of all the staff, who always welcomed us with a greeting and a smile. The service was attentive, the scenery beautiful, and the facilities excellent. The Spa deserves special mention, and the breakfast was amazing! Thanks again.

The main pool and spa are great. The beach is big and always sun loungers available . Breakfast is great with a lot of option . Staff are very friendly and the massages were brilliant. Great little outside bar on deck in evening ( could maybe do with a refresh ) reception is beautiful. Bathroom big with great products. Long wait for food. On day of arrival waited over an hour for lunch and when arrived they only brought 1 dish and then had to wait another 20 min for partner to get served. We had ordered same thing ! Service Seemed a little disorganised. But the staff were super friendly. Majority of guests were Russian. The mood was not very friendly or cheerful. One night they had Russian entertainer which seemed misplaced in Vietnam. Food too catered to audience and dishes a bit bland. The room was dark and felt outdated. There was a kitchen but not allowed to use it. Would recommend mosquito nets as we were getting bitten so much during the night ( hope it was mosquitos ) but cause room was so dark it was difficult to see them. Our villa had a pool but wasn’t super inviting
