The best thing I liked about this hotel was its location in a beautiful area. The staff weren’t very warm, and some were quite rude. They didn’t clean regularly; we had to ask for fresh towels and for the room to be vacuumed. When we asked them to clean, they only tidied the beds, didn’t change the sheets, and just folded the used towels and left them. The air conditioning wasn’t working; we were told it was a winter plan. The room was so hot that even after telling them, no one helped. The windows only opened a tiny bit, so keeping them open didn’t help either. All in all, we had a disappointing stay.

Příjemný hotel na jednu noc při cestě z Ústí nad Labem do Prahy. Snídaně pestré a chutné, lokalita s dobrou dostupností. Spokojenost, doporučuji. vše ok
