The entire team was exceptionally warm, attentive, and helpful in a genuinely personal way, making it clear that true hospitality is practiced here and no request is left unanswered. Our room was beautiful and cozy, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect. Overall, it was a wonderful stay for us, and we’ll definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend the mountain life to everyone! Thank you to the whole team for this special hospitality! 🏔️❤️

We enjoyed the quiet and cozy stay we were looking for, and the staff were very nice.

The room was top, the location fantastic, and the balcony had a very nice view; there was even a parking space in the underground garage that kept my car in the shade during the heat, which I appreciated because I didn’t move it at all during the vacation; the nearby Panorama Railway to the summit was ideal for walking, hiking, or a mountain‑bike tour; the restaurant was great and we ate there in the evening, with the bartender Max being very friendly and professional; because it’s a family business there’s a very harmonious atmosphere that you really feel comfortable in, everyone is super nice and genuine; everything we liked was exactly what we wanted.
The location is super convenient and many places are within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the spa area was available until 22:00. The room was spacious and nicely furnished, especially from the balcony where you get a lovely view of the surrounding mountains.
The rooms were exceptional with a stunning view, a fantastic sauna, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly; the breakfast offered high‑quality food and the dinner at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, especially the salad bowl, and there were plenty of fun activities nearby such as e‑bike rentals, hiking trails, and cycling routes; the only downside was that a small fridge in the room would have been useful.
