It feels like a family‑run place where the staff are very helpful and courteous, and you can check in or out at any hour without issue; the hotel sits in a superb spot just three blocks from UNICENTRO and right in the city centre, though the street‑facing room can be a little noisy in the morning.

The location and comfort were great, and the whole staff—from confirming my booking to handing over the key—was very friendly.
