“Very disappointed and later the staff claim that the ladies ate lunch and they will not make the refund”

It definitely doesn’t reflect the same what is shown in the pictures. The cleanliness in the room, Safety as I had booked for 6 ladies and it happen they were all alone in the resort surrounded by male staff, electricity was not there and they expected them to stay there, notification for not starting the rides was provided a day before citing minimum number of 15members

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's facilities, but I felt that the time allocated for access to these facilities was a bit too short. The two hours between 3 pm and 5 pm just wasn't enough time to fully appreciate everything the hotel had to offer. I would have loved to have had a bit more time to explore and make the most of the facilities.

“Best of luck”

I was really pleased to find that the hotel was very nature-friendly, but unfortunately, the food at the in-house cafe was a letdown. The dishes just didn't have the same level of flavor and quality that I was expecting, which was a shame given the hotel's otherwise lovely atmosphere.

I had a fantastic time staying at this resort during Diwali, with the pool activities, rain dance, and water park being some of the highlights of my trip. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The quality of the breakfast and dinner was also top-notch, and I was particularly impressed by the calm and helpful demeanor of the manager, Vishubhai Shetty.

The hotel's water activities were a real highlight of my stay, but unfortunately, the cleanliness and accommodation left a bit to be desired. While the water activities were a lot of fun, I couldn't help but feel a bit uneasy about the state of the hotel's cleanliness and the quality of the accommodation.
