Aside from the location, nothing else was satisfactory. The lift was broken, forcing all of us senior citizens with bad knees to climb the stairs to the second floor. Inside the room, the AC didn’t work, there was no phone to contact staff, no soap in the bathroom, and not even a trash bin.

Location. 1. Lack of Cleanliness - bed sheets, bathroom-bucket and mug, tap water, wall tiles, pillow cover. Floor needs to be broomed at least on arrival of the guest. 2. Mattress and pillow is too soft and hence very uncomfortable 3. Lack of supporting staffs. there is no one if needed to carry our luggage . 4. No breakfast being provided 5. Liquid soap bottles in the bathroom isn't filled nor looked clean either

The staff were very bad.

It’s very close to North Railway Station, but the rooms were congested, the reception staff was unfriendly, and it was not worth 2000 rs. The lift was broken, the premises were dirty, and you could hear through the walls.
