“koszmar”

The experience was the worst in the history of using the place. After arriving in Bologna in the middle of the night, it turned out that the property was closed, no one opened the doors, and no one answered the phone numbers provided. We were left on the street, in a foreign city, at night, with no organization and an extreme lack of professionalism from the staff! We had to cancel the reservation entirely due to the impossibility of entering the property and had to find accommodation on our own in the middle of the night. The situation was stressful, unacceptable, and required immediate intervention and a full refund plus compensation. Avoid this place at all costs!

“DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY”

There was nothing to like about this property. The property is in a very bad part of town. I didn’t feel safe. The room was also dirty, the mattress was full of stains, the desk cover was stained and the shared facilities were also unclean. It does not have a working air conditioner as stated in the description. To top it off, the property owners don’t care

“Merrrrrdaaaa😭”

Nothing, nothing, nothing. Everything, the place is dark and dirty. The rooms are not sound‑proofed, the smells in the rooms. And when you ask to change rooms, the host offers another room elsewhere but twice as expensive and to be paid directly at his place. The worst, you report to Booking and they don’t react.

“Penso che se ero in vacanza in una discarica era più pulita”

Nothing. The place was dirty and the breakfast included was nonexistent, a tiny fridge with leftover juice and pressings. The bathrooms, the beds, and the terrace were really dirty—a shameful thing that makes me wonder how Booking can allow such structures in their listings.
