Room service was slow and there were no sleepers available.

Nothing much good; there was seepage inside the rooms, the linen was dirty, furniture was broken, and staff ignored your calls.

Had to call many times with no response; the place wasn’t clean, no towel, no water.

We stayed at Hotel Glen Erica as a family for a few nights before a wedding and had an excellent overall experience; the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, and the high standard of welcome from everyone made the visit beautiful and memorable 🥰🥰😍 I’ll visit again and recommend it to everyone.
