I felt relaxed during my stay, and there were no problems.

The hotel is close to the subway, making shopping and dining convenient. The bedding area has carpeting and the overall environment is very quiet. There is plenty of public space. Taking a bath in the pool during the trip was truly comfortable. A clearer explanation of how to use the pool would have been helpful.
