The jacuzzi was broken, the shower mixing valve lever didn’t work, and a regular squeaking sound from the sliding door kept me awake in room 301. Ice, which had always been free, started being charged after the first two times, the complimentary drink perk no longer included beer, and the free food option disappeared completely.

I was really stoked about the ice service they offered - super thoughtful. On the downside, the jet bath was out of commission, which was kinda disappointing. Still, the ice thing made up for it a bit.
