“We are about to destress and relax but we were stress.”

We did not enjoy our stay at all. Smoking everywhere, all you can breathe is smoke.

“Ok for a night”

Good location near the centre of town and the bed was comfy. Not enough water coming from the shower for a shower and no hot water. First, second, and third breakfast menu choices were not available.

There is no URBAN OASIS RESORT still operating in Tarlac. Stop lying!!!! We drove around for over 2 hours, using Google Maps and Waze and they could not locate the property. This is a scam. To find a property to reside in

“Run away. Don't stay here”

The staff were super friendly, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Our room was a disaster - it was dirty, the toilet was blocked, the door wouldn't lock, and the beds weren't even made. It was a pretty poor experience overall, and I'd advise others to steer clear.
