Good value for money, I recommend it. In room 904 the shower drain was clogged; otherwise there were no major issues.

It's central and the price‑to‑quality ratio is good. The beach, shops, seafood restaurants, and public transport routes are nearby. However, By Orot has no staff you can talk to at the hotel: the reception in the building is run by another company. To contact By Orot you must call a local Korean number, which is a hassle if you don't have it. Even so, we managed to communicate via text and voice to get the room and access code.

The room was in perfect condition and the location was ideal. We didn't realize we needed a door code and there was no front desk. Fortunately a friendly person from the neighboring hotel helped us reach the owner and obtain the code.

The room was great with a beautiful view; the bed was comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure—nothing to complain about in the room. The check‑in had a hiccup: the front desk staff seemed clueless about the non‑face‑to‑face process and couldn't tell me where to go, which was a bit of a hassle.

The place has a good location and nice view, and the facilities are clean. Even though the price is cheap, the setup feels messy; the table sits right in front of the standby bar, making it hard to eat while watching TV, and the outlet near the bed is unusable, so I had to use the one in front of the TV.
