Everything was truly exceptional, except for the road and the access to the villa. Luckily we had GPS on the route, which was a catastrophe.

The setting is truly magnificent: the mountain view is splendid, the place is very quiet and pleasant, perfect for resting. The pools are superb (not heated), the garden is nicely arranged and well maintained. Everything was clean upon arrival, and the staff is really lovely, always available and very helpful. We stayed in this villa during our vacation in Marrakech, but unfortunately the experience did not meet our expectations. Several problems spoiled our comfort: the Wi‑Fi was practically nonexistent, only weak on the first floor. Regarding water, the pressure vanished as soon as someone took a shower, and the temperature was either scorching or freezing, with no stable adjustment. The showers were also clogged with limescale, causing water to spray everywhere. Another annoying point: no privacy in the room overlooking the terrace, because there were no curtains at the French‑door. We therefore slept exposed to looks, moonlight, and sunlight from dawn. A power outage also occurred during our stay. Moreover, although each room had a TV, none were plugged in or functional, making their presence pointless. Finally, although the lady in charge of breakfast was very kind, we caught her several times secretly listening to our conversations, which made us uncomfortable. The villa has potential, but a serious effort is needed on comfort, privacy, equipment maintenance, and staff discretion.

The place is huge, with its own terrace and pool, making it super comfortable. The spot is great, and the on‑site breakfast is tasty and plenty.
