The location was good, and the staff were fine. The maintenance was poor: corridor carpets were dirty, there was a bad smell at reception, and there was no lift. Door locks are outdated and often don’t work.

The décor is nice and the location is good. It was a bit uncomfortable for me because it wasn’t the type of hotel and room I’m used to when traveling, but it was cool for a one‑night stay.

The location is fine. The staff showed little willingness to help guests, the common areas were very dirty, and a bar operates in the reception hall without a separation from the rooms, creating a constant flow of non‑guest people into the hotel interior.

The location is fine. The staff were not attentive, and the common areas were very dirty. A bar operates at night in the reception area, so there’s a lot of non‑guest traffic in the hallways, which is noisy. We asked for rooms on the first floor because we were traveling with older adults, but we were assigned to the third floor without an elevator. The staff showed little willingness to help guests.

The place is in a good spot, everything is close by. The building needs to be ventilated somehow, or a deep cleaning would be necessary.
