clean beds and shower. there is grocery store near the hotel. there no elevator! and nobody helped up with luggage! very far from city center. they didn't serve breakfast and despite there was an oven in kitchen they didn't let us to enter the kitchen and told us you can't cock anything. we stayed for 3 nights and they didn't give us new towels and asked extra money for new towels! there wasn't enough shower gel and soup! they stand in front of door to checkout right at 12!

Everything was great! The place was spotless and quiet, and the room had all the essentials: a kettle, iron, fresh towels, and bed linens. The housekeeper was very polite and helped with everything, even carrying my aunt’s suitcase and arranging a taxi to the airport. She was always reachable. If we ever go back to Yerevan, we’ll definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect.
