The location is beautiful, but the service was lacking.
“Stay away from wifi”
The stay was excellent, but the price they charge is high, especially since the stay doesn’t include Wi‑Fi.
Too small, too noisy.
The bed was huge and comfortable, the bathroom was practical with hot water, but the room’s sound insulation was poor. This isn’t a complaint about the hotel itself, as they could have paid more attention to it, yet the location isn’t ideal for visiting Nuwara Eliya – though pick‑ups are always available (about 1000 LKR to reach the center). It’s close to the station, however (250 LKR).
Friendly family guest house in a nice spot, great value for money, but no TV.
