Ever O Business Hotel

The location of the hotel is very good. It's close to a lot of places especially SM Mindpro. Having a water station in the hallway is also very convenient and helpful. Although the AC takes time to kick into full power, when it does it's comfortable. One staff member in particular the day we arrived, conducted herself in the utmost rudeness and paid us no acknowledgment. My wife came in first and greeted the reception lady, and she totally ignored her, my wife said it 3 times and yet she was too busy doing her paperwork. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior, to be treated like that considering the fact that we've come after a long tiring and exhaustive journey and to be treated with this kind of dismissal, is very upsetting and frustrating. The first action of a receptionist who is the face of the hotel, the first point of contact should be one of smiling accommodating helpful assistance, however that's something we didn't receive

The location was fine, but when I added a friend to breakfast they only accepted cash on the spot; I also ordered water via room service, paid cash then got charged again at checkout, and couldn’t use a card at checkout either.

The room was decent, but the air conditioning didn't work right and the cleaning left a lot to be desired.

The breakfast buffet was good and the food tasty, and the hotel itself is within walking distance of the nearest malls and facilities. Our room faced a window, and at night road construction started at 10 pm, so I couldn’t sleep well. When we entered, the room was dusty and I could smell dust when the AC was turned on.
