There was no paper or towel in the room. I had to run to the hallway for basic supplies.

The TV was solid and in good shape, and I liked the streaming options it had. However, there weren't enough towels and I wish there were more platforms to choose from.

The shower was clean and the cake was a nice touch, and two staff members were helpful. But the manager was rude, the place was noisy, the mattress and pillows were terrible, insects were everywhere, cutlery was missing from the buffet, the coffee was weak and there were no mugs, bathroom fixtures were broken, the hallway floor had an unmarked step, and they even rent out rooms for adult shows.
