Samantha is approachable and you can reach her easily on WhatsApp. It’s decent for a short stay. The room was on the ground floor, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows and sheets weren’t clean. The showerhead had weak water pressure. It felt pricey, especially since the place isn’t near tourist spots – you need to take the Metro to Trevi, the Colosseum, the Spanish Steps, but the Re di Roma station is efficient and on the same line.

The room was a bit cramped, but it was spotless and the bed was comfy. Samantha was very friendly; even though we arrived late at night she still helped us check in. The guesthouse sits in a nice, safe neighbourhood, so I’d definitely suggest it.

The room was great and had plenty of facilities. Check‑in requires a good connection when you arrive, so you’ll need to call the owner to arrange entry. Samantha and her husband were fantastic in helping my mother, who couldn’t connect to the cell network. They even helped her order a pizza because it was already late. I recommend it to everyone; my mother loved the experience!

The bed was comfortable and large, and the room was very clean. The owner let us drop off our luggage in the morning before the room was ready. The kettle could use descaling.
