“EASY TO REACH”
Breakfast was really good and the location was a major reason I picked Echo Koh Tao Hostel; the vibe is impressive, and there's a cute black kitty that's very active and adorable. However, check‑in and check‑out times were frustrating: when most guests arrive early in the morning, the check‑in timing is too late and we have to wait because the room hasn't been vacated by previous guests, and after the cleaning process we finally get the room, which also applies to dorm rooms. We end up waiting a long time even after the scheduled check‑in time has passed, and there's no relaxation for check‑out timing. Because we were given a late check‑in, we asked for a late check‑out, but it was only for one hour, which I felt was unfair. That was the only thing I didn’t like.
