Nothing arrived, no one was there, I never received a key from the waiter, there was no trash can, the room smelled like chlorine, and I had no idea where the key would go. I won’t go back. The price‑performance ratio is zero and it’s far too expensive. I’m even considering not publishing this. We were always satisfied. – Family Wolf

I was in a panic after losing my luggage and breaking my iPhone, unable to charge a backup device, and feeling I couldn’t return home to Japan. The staff’s kindness saved the day, allowing me to safely depart. The room was immaculate, well-equipped, spacious, and beautiful—everything was perfect. Despite a delayed check‑in caused by various mishaps, the staff handled it with courtesy and helped greatly. I’m deeply grateful for their compassion and generosity; it felt like a divine hotel experience. Thank you so much, and I hope to stay again in good condition next time.

Good service. The restaurant was closed but they still arranged something for us.

The location is good :) The place was very dirty. There were hairs on the bed, on the bedding and on the sink. The bed was very hard and the pillows were “sloppy”.
