The service, food and drinks were amazing, and the pool was a treat—our kids loved it and the view was spectacular. The staff were exceptional, friendly and very accommodating, so I highly recommend this Lodge. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like!

“Très belle expérience”

A magnificent establishment with an absolutely spectacular view. We fell in love with our stay from the moment we arrived. The architecture, very traditional and typically Asian/Indonesian, is beautiful and blends perfectly into its surroundings. The real highlight is undoubtedly the view, absolutely spectacular. From the room, the terrace, the pools, the restaurant or even breakfast, you enjoy an exceptional panorama over the entire valley and jungle. On one side, the ocean in the distance, and on the other, the majestic Mount Rinjani. A truly breathtaking and magnificent setting. The room was very spacious, perfectly equipped and extremely comfortable. The bed is huge and especially pleasant, and the terrace lets you fully enjoy this incredible view. The pools are also superb, especially the infinity pool overlooking the valley and jungle. There are three in total, one a bit further away, which makes it easy to find a calm and intimate spot to enjoy the setting. We also appreciated the restaurant a lot. The dishes are very good, generous, nicely presented and offered at very reasonable prices, with a fairly wide selection. Service is impeccable: the whole team is very attentive, caring and available. Whether at the reception, the restaurant or for luggage, we are constantly well assisted and never miss anything. The only small drawback concerns breakfast, which we found a little below the overall level of the establishment. The choice is fairly limited and the presentation remains very simple. You need to take several dishes to have enough options between savory and sweet. We found this a bit disappointing, because everything else at the hotel is truly exceptional and would deserve a breakfast worthy of the place. The breakfast was slightly deceptive given everything else.

“Fantastic hotel with a breathtaking view”

I stayed at Rinjani Lodge as a solo female traveler and felt very comfortable throughout my entire stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and always went above and beyond to accommodate all my wishes and needs. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and gluten-free and vegan options were also easily available. My room was huge and beautiful, with a fantastic view of Mount Rinjani. I also booked the transfer service, laundry service, and a two-day trekking tour through the hotel, and everything worked perfectly. Rinjani Lodge was definitely one of the highlights of my holiday, and I hope I’ll have the chance to return there one day.

“Verblijf midden in de natuur”

A beautiful complex situated against the jungle at the foot of Rinjani. The complex is very carefully designed and maintained. The rooms were very comfortable and large. In the morning from bed you could see the sunrise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right at the entrance of the waterfalls.
