No tea, no entry at all! The staff’s communication is utterly lacking! We received the check‑in information at the wrong email, where we had no access at the time. Instead of helping, they called us to say all the info had been sent and the people stayed behind the door, looking for another place to stay.

We booked a nice room where we could’t hear the neighbours or anyone in the kitchen, and the shared kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The fridge even had enough food for breakfast. Wi‑Fi worked well, the location was convenient, everything was clean, and I loved the furniture and the overall taste. The only downside was the blanket, which was way too hard – I didn’t know blankets like that existed – and the coffee machine was too loud; I was worried about waking other guests while making coffee.

The location is amazing and the rooms feel brand new. It’s a great spot for staying with friends and family, and there’s free parking that’s easy to find.

I liked the room design and furniture, but the breakfast felt more suited to those who want to cook themselves. I didn’t notice a building number on the hotel, and there was no TV in the room or in the shared kitchen.
