Good location, nice staff, breakfast was great 👍. The room was a bit too small.

Will the staff maintain a modern house? The area outside was loud. We were there in summer and had to keep the windows open.

Dear Sir or Madam, when I made the reservation I was convinced I was booking a private room for one person. On site it turned out I would have to share the room with unknown guests. Since this was not clear during booking and I would not have booked under these conditions, I kindly ask you to cancel the booking and refund the amount already paid. We loved the extensive breakfast, the friendly staff, the cleanliness, and the quick 1‑minute tram link to the main station. However, the rooms were impossible to darken at night; the curtains were too thin and the streetlamp outside was so bright that my child woke up asking if it was already daytime, unable to believe it was still night.
