The food was fantastic, and there was nothing to complain about.

There was no service at all: the room wasn’t ready at 4 pm, breakfast didn’t start until 7:30 am, and the restaurant wasn’t prepared until 8:15 am with no staff present.

The room didn’t meet expectations: no hot water, the shower was broken, the air conditioner worked poorly, towels were stained, and the bed was uncomfortable.

This hotel really stood out for all the right reasons - the breakfast was served fresh and was incredibly good, the rooms were spacious, and the basement parking was a convenient bonus. The staff and security head were also extremely helpful and attentive to our queries. Overall, it was a great stay.
