The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet with easy transport access. We loved it as a couple and it would suit two couples well. It was a pleasure to return after daily explorations of Palermo. The owners were delightful. No drawbacks.

The location is great, the cleaning was spot‑clean, the host was very friendly and the place was comfortable. The center is very close.

Gennaro and his family get a full thumbs‑up and we’ll definitely recommend them to friends and relatives who want to visit this beautiful city! We stayed three nights in the “Se vi pare” apartment and felt at home right away. The apartment has two very convenient bedrooms, each with a private bathroom (a big plus when traveling with two pairs of friends like us), a large living room with TV and a comfy sofa, a kitchen equipped with every utensil, coffee pods, croissants and plumcake for breakfast. The balcony also has a table with chairs, a washing machine, a sink and a drying rack, which is super useful if you plan to head to the beach and wash your swimsuits or whatever you need. Air‑conditioning is in all rooms. Gennaro and his wife were very courteous, the apartment was not only comfortable but also perfectly tidy and very clean. We appreciated everything, thanks for the kindness and availability. Note: the area is very well served, three large supermarkets, pharmacies, bars just a few meters away!

The apartment is super spacious, located in a pleasant Palermo neighbourhood. A big advantage was the two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for four friends, two couples, etc. Also, air‑conditioning was present in all three rooms. The only downside was the lack of a freezer, but that wasn’t a problem for us; it would have been nice to chill drinks faster in it.

The accommodation was excellent, very clean and in a great location close to public transport. Supermarkets and plenty of restaurants nearby made everything very convenient. The hosts were always kind, responsive, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. Everything was good.
