This hotel has some great qualities, but it's not without its issues. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, which is always a relief. However, the hot water supply was a bit of a letdown - it was either freezing or scalding, with no in-between. Still, the pros outweigh the cons, and I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The staff here were really friendly and helpful, which is a big plus. However, the cleanliness of the hotel was a major letdown - I've stayed in hostels that were cleaner than this place. The rooms were a bit cramped, but that's not the worst part. I was expecting a decent standard of hygiene, especially considering the price I paid.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the city. However, the service was a letdown. When I first arrived, I ordered a water bottle from the server, but it never showed up. I had to call the reception, and they said they'd send it, but it never materialized. I also had to ask for the room amenities, TV remote, and WiFi password, but they never came. To make matters worse, the staff didn't even bother to come to the room.

The hotel's friendly staff made a great first impression, but unfortunately, it wasn't a consistent experience throughout my stay. The reception area was warm and welcoming, with staff who were happy to help with any queries I had. However, my room's bathroom and dressing area were a bit of a letdown - the mirrors were broken, which wasn't exactly what I wanted to see when I was getting ready for the day.
