The free billiards were great, and the free pool use was also good. However, the breakfast staff asked my wife if she was staying at the hotel in front of other guests, but didn’t ask anyone else. They should use a different method to confirm that’s the purpose. My wife felt uneasy and disappointed. The girl in question needs more training because she jeopardized my future bookings.

It’s very close to a popular mall, right across from it, and also near the bus terminal heading to NAIA, so you get good value for the price you pay. I expected an elevator since I have trouble climbing stairs, and I should have asked about it directly.

The room was clean enough, even though the bathroom is small. The staff were nice and pretty helpful.

The location was super convenient and the staff were great, but the room was right next to the highway and it was really noisy.
