“deficiencias que afectan la experiencia”

The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, and the staff were very attentive. However, the check‑in process should be expedited, and unsolicited tours should be avoided, especially when guests arrive exhausted. The lack of soundproofing made it hard to rest because of outside noise. Moreover, the laundry service was poor: my clothes were returned four hours late and still dirty, even though I had paid in advance.

“Scam! Fake posting the hotel does not exist!”

We could not locate the hotel; the Google Maps pin was placed in the middle of a very busy road, indicating the listing is fake and the hotel does not exist—it's a scam. We tried calling but received no answer; only a WhatsApp number was available. Several people helped us look for it, but we were told it does not exist and that it is a scam.
