Claudio was available and attentive at all times and let us park inside the premises. There’s a small, pleasant outdoor table for breakfast. The maintenance is lacking; the cistern sometimes doesn’t work. The train runs a few meters away, but it wasn’t a problem at night. I would improve the stay by adding a microwave and a couple of porcelain cups.

The room was super clean, neat, comfortable, and the hosts were nice and accommodating. The location isn’t beachfront but only 5 minutes away and close to supermarkets, bars, and banks. It was exactly what I expected, the perfect place in Catanzaro Lido.

The room was clean and had everything needed: phone, towel, linens, shampoo, air conditioning, a coffee machine with pods, a kettle, and a fridge. I would add a shower mat outside the shower and paper towels.
