The value for money was excellent, clean, practical and good overall, but the interstate traffic was clearly audible.

The location was good, but after 5 hours of receiving the keys my room was taken by other guests; when I arrived it was already occupied. The general manager failed to resolve the issue and even ordered me out of the hotel without any solution. I had to call the police to report the incident and the manager’s unacceptable conduct, which does not reflect the chain’s standards. It was a very unpleasant experience for my family. I’m a Genius 3 with over 1000 hotel stays worldwide and have never encountered a situation like this.

Everything was great; we stayed on our way to the Upper Peninsula and liked it so much we booked again on the return trip.

The location was close to the beach, but we were next to the mechanical room and the noise was intermittent.
