The elevator didn't work, we were on the 4th floor, there was a technical problem with the toilet, the wallpaper in the room was in a dirty state, the window next to it wouldn't close, and the air conditioning didn't work.

The staff's welcome was warm, the room was beautiful and spotless, the breakfast was abundant and varied, and Mrs. Hilal always greeted us with a smile; I will definitely return.

I walked about 10 minutes to the Grand Bazaar, which was great for exploring. The whole hotel smelled like pipes, and the lift was broken. If you arrive early you can grab breakfast from every place, but by 9 am those options disappear.

The terrace was nice, but the building sits on a slope, making it hard to reach if you use public transport.
