The hotel is in a great spot for the Verdure Theatre festival, right near the English Promenade centre and close to many restaurants, a pharmacy, the post office, and a small U‑Store. The room felt a bit dated for my taste, but it was functional enough for a weekend.

The location was great, the bed sheets and towels were clean. We stayed in a triple room that didn’t match what we saw online: it was tiny, couldn’t fit three bags, only had one power outlet, the carpet was dirty, there was a smell in the room and especially in the corridor, and a window faced the inside of the building so we couldn’t open it without hesitation.

The hotel’s location is spot on, just a short walk from the beach, plenty of restaurants, and the train station is only a 10‑minute stroll; it also has air conditioning. However, there’s a step up to the bathroom, the room sits close to the lift and laundry room, and there’s no balcony, though the bedroom is spacious enough.

The place is in a great location, and the room was spacious and clean. The only downside was that there was no drinking water available anywhere—neither in the room nor at the reception.
