The view was great, the bed cozy, the bathroom clean. The room was extremely tight; with the pulled‑out sofa you couldn’t move around, there was no space for three suitcases, and the elevator wait time was very long.

The hotel is perfect in every way: location, room, breakfast, and staff. Everything was flawless! I will return for sure. The room view is magnificent.

The breakfast was acceptable with a basic range of options, nothing spectacular but adequate; cleanliness was almost daily and the gym facilities were good. The location was great, 300 m from a subway station and almost 1 km from Penn Station if coming from the LIRR. The staff were attentive and friendly, nothing extraordinary. The breakfast quality and variety could improve, and the use of steel cutlery and ceramic plates was lacking—most items were disposable and the same breakfast options were offered every day. On one day the room was not cleaned.
