The room was clean and welcoming, the bathroom had all the essentials, the shared kitchen was well equipped, and guests could find items for breakfast such as juice, coffee, preserves, biscuits, and packaged pastries; the lady was very kind.

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura per un week-end trascorso a Mantova con la mia famiglia. La struttura è situata in una zona industriale invero non entusiasmante, ma comunque riservata e silenziosa. I punti di forza sono senz'altro: -La comodità di poter raggiungere in pochi minuti in auto uno dei comodissimi parcheggi gratuiti con navetta (gratis da lunedi a sabato e al costo di 1 euro la domenica e i festivi senza limiti di corse) -Le camere sono graziose, i bagni sono nuovi, belli e spaziosi. -C'è una cucina ad uso comune molto ben attrezzata e pulita dove si può fare colazione o cucinarsi un pasto se lo si desidera. - La pulizia e l'ordine di tutti gli ambienti è perfetta. -Si può parcheggiare comodamente nel cortile chiuso. -La proprietaria è molto cortese e disponibile. -OTTIMO RAPPORTO QUALITA'-PREZZO Siamo rimasti soddisfatti
