We were very satisfied. The facility was impeccably organized, with no equipment missing. The pools were clean, and banning smoking around them felt like a sensible rule. Hygiene was flawless everywhere. The food selection and ingredient quality were excellent, and what stood out most was the staff’s professionalism—you could feel everyone genuinely enjoying their work. It was a flawless holiday for us, and I recommend it without hesitation.

The resort was good and the staff were great; the room was also good, though the food was only average.

The hotel's spacious rooms were a highlight, and the varied and tasty meals were a bonus. However, the beach was a bit of a trek, requiring a shuttle bus to get there.

The staff here were really friendly and helpful, which was a big plus. Unfortunately, the hotel just didn't live up to our expectations in other areas. The pool was always packed, and I couldn't find a drink that I actually wanted to order. The draught beer, Efes, was undrinkable, which was weird because I bought a bottle of it from a shop for 150 Lira and it was fine. We've stayed at a lot of hotels on our holidays, so I can tell the difference, and sadly this one just didn't cut it for us.
