Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
We found everything perfect: the room was beautiful, spotless, and the staff genuinely friendly and helpful; the location is unbeatable, just steps from a bus stop and metro that make reaching the Vatican and city center a breeze, and the area is quiet with plenty of supermarkets and shops—definitely a return spot.

Good situation next to several bus stops and metro station, quiet neighboorhood. First, please note that this is not an "hotel" as we mean it in many countries: there is no reception. It is an appartment in a building, converted into 3 private rooms. We had no informations for check-in, and nobody was there for reception, so we stayed a few minutes in the street in front of the building, ringing the bell before somebody finally opens remotely. Then, we had no precise informations on where to go ("go to 2nd floor" but there were 2 staircases, of course we took the wrong one, because no signs to guide you in the building). Not easy with the luggages, baby etc. The communication whith the host was very bad, cold, and only with whatsapp messages. I couldnt even reach them with a call when we were lost in the building at arrival. Finally, we had no hot water during the entire stay (3 nights). We could have hope for a goodwill gesture but it did not happen. This is definitly not a 4 stars hotel, and should not be presented that way
